SECTION 1: Loading and Documentation
Secure transport: For secure transport, it is recommended to load shipments carefully and use cargo securing nets.
Data protection: To protect important data, the daily shipment list (Tagessendungsliste) should be stored securely against loss and theft.
SECTION 2: Return to the ZSB or Depot
Start process: Press the green button in the "Tourenübersicht" (Tour Overview) menu.
Handover: The return shipments (Rückläufer), settlement amount, receipts, and the scanner can then be handed over to the responsible person.
Approval: Approval for tour completion is granted by this person.
Scanning process: All return shipments can now be scanned.
Use of the sorting system: If using the sorting system at the depot, this must be signaled in advance using the slider on the scanner and confirmed with the blue checkmark.
SECTION 3: Tour Completion
Perform completion: After scanning is complete and all documents have been handed over, the tour completion can be carried out.
Successful reconciliation: If everything matches, a 0 will appear on the scanner, and the day is to be completed using the green arrow.
