SECTION 1: Partial Quantity Collection
Main menu: Select "Hermes Fahrer" in the main menu.
Select process: Select "Teilmengenabholung" (Partial Quantity Collection).
Identification: Scan driver ID card (Fahrerausweis).
Record shipments: Scan selected leftover shipments ("Liegenbleiber") and then confirm with the red arrow.
Data transfer: Select "Senden und empfangen" (Send and receive).
First scan: The generated QR code should be scanned, after which the first data transfer takes place.
Automatic return: After completing the process, you will automatically return to the main menu.
Final confirmation: Confirm shipments with the red arrow.
SECTION 2: Coupon
Payment method: Private service shipments (Privatservice-Sendungen) can be paid for with a coupon.
Positioning: This should be clearly visible and firmly stuck onto the shipment next to the address label.
No billing in the shop: In this case, no calculation is made by the Paketshop, as this is equivalent to a means of payment.
Correct scanning sequence: For correct assignment, the shipment number (Sendungsnummer) should be scanned first, followed immediately by the coupon.
SECTION 3: Power of Attorney
Collection by third parties: Customers can collect shipments from the Paketshop upon presentation of a power of attorney (Vollmacht).
Required information: A power of attorney requires the following information:
Name and address of the customer
Name and address of the authorized person
Date & place
Signature of the customer
System assignment: To ensure clear assignment, a barcode is generated during handover, which is linked to one or more shipments.
Proof: This is scanned and pasted onto the corresponding form. The receipt serves for further processing and must be handed over to the processor at the location.
SECTION 4: Voucher
Cashless replacement: A voucher (Gutschein) is a document that replaces a payment. In the Paketshop, a voucher can be used to pay for a shipment without using cash.
Validity: The voucher can be used for the listed price categories and is only valid if completely filled out.
Return: The receipt is brought back to the location/depot.
Tear-off part: The tear-off part (Abrissteil) is separated from the voucher by the Paketshop employee and stuck onto the shipment.
Missing tear-off part: If the tear-off part is missing, it must be requested by the Paketshop employee and stuck onto the corresponding shipment.
Control: It should be checked whether the number of the tear-off part on the shipment matches the barcode on the voucher.
